Former presidential aide, Reno Omokri, has again mocked the defection of former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP to the All Progressive Congress, APC.
FFK officially dumped the opposition party on Thursday to join the nation’s ruling party.
FFK was seen to the Presidential Villa on Thursday by the Chairman, Caretaker Committee of the APC, and governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni and Governor Bello Matawalle of Zamfara State.
Granting an interview with a journalist after meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari, FFK claimed that he was led by the Spirit of God in his decision and that he joined the APC to help unify the country.
However, after describing the FFK’s move as unfortunate and an act of hunger, Omokri again took to Twitter to say that PDP losing FFK to receive Senator Shehu Sani is a net gain.
Omokri congratulates PDP on Sani’s move to the party, He likened the situation to Premier League club, Manchester United losing Sergio Romero to gain Cristiano Ronaldo.
The PDP lost FFK and gained @ShehuSani. I would say that is like Manchester United losing Sergio Romero and gaining Cristiano Ronaldo. That is a net gain. A net gain indeed!
Congratulations PDP! Congratulations Shehu Sani! #TableShaker
